Since 1987, Lenny Dave and Cincinnati-based Lenmar Communications have been serving their clients with a variety of creative communications services. With a background in advertising, marketing, public relations and video production, Lenny (the company's Founder and President) has gained national recognition as a speaker, author and humorist. He delivers fun, motivational programs to a variety of audiences around the country.

Lenny is a Past President of AATH, the Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor, an international, professional association (see link below). He is co-author of three books, "Let Your Leadership Speak: How to Lead and Be Heard," "Choose Courage Over Fear: Decisions That Determine Your Destiny," and "What's So Funny About Heart Disease?" Lenny has twice been nominated by Campus Activities Magazine as "Speaker of the Year." He is also the recipient of 14 'showcases' by NACA and APCA (the two leading campus entertainment organizations).
